I am a Principal Associate in the Litigation team at Shoosmiths specialising in commercial disputes.
In particular I am primarily focused in complex commercial and corporate disputes, and property litigation to include for example dilapidations, disputes arising from commercial leases, complex land disputes, professional negligence, contractual disputes, shareholder disputes and derivative actions.I
