My professional liability work arises from my primary practice in property litigation, real property, leasehold enfranchisement and landlord and tenant. Significant cases have involved defective ground rent investment purchases, failures to register or protect interests at HMLR, defective property notices, missing dates for applications to court, mistakes by HMLR which have not been spotted or challenged, failure to give notice under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987, inadvertent waiving or rights to forfeit and related issues.
