Biography
Laura is a Partner in the Financial Services Litigation team team specialising in banking and financial disputes. Her expertise includes handling disputes concerning investments, shared appreciation mortgages, pensions and tax mitigation schemes. Laura is a dual-qualified solicitor and financial adviser in that, in addition to her legal qualifications, she holds the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Laura joined Clarke Willmott in 2009 after graduating from the University of the West of England with a Distinction in Legal Practice.
