Alka Kharbanda

Biography

Alka is Head of the Dispute Resolution team and has experience in a broad range of litigation matters with a focus on professional negligence claims. She has taken action against professionals and is recommended in the Legal 500.

She likes to solve the problem presented to her in a collaborative and strategic way, to consider mediation and alternative ways of resolving the dispute but where that is not possible she will “take the fight to the other side when it’s called for” (Legal 500).

She has over 30 years’ experience of High Court and County Court litigation, arbitration and mediation. She has acted in many notable cases including:
