Ciarán Leavy

Biography

Ciarán Leavy is a Partner and Head of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team at Lavelle Partners. He has considerable experience advising on a wide range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on professional negligence actions.

Ciarán was named Litigation Lawyer of the Year at the Irish Law Awards 2019 and is cited by the Legal 500 for his technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

He is experienced in acting for individuals in plaintiff professional negligence cases against Solicitors, Accountants, Financial Advisors, Engineers, Architects, Surveyors and Insurance Brokers among other professionals.
