Biography

My area of work is in employment and data protection, mobile homes and professional negligence. I have been dealing with the latter originally since 1994 and later moved away from the field for a short time but have been dealing with claims again for a number of years. Most claims have been involved against solicitors but I have also raised them against the professional bodies stated. ADR is the best route I find to settle such claims rather than a court process. I am a partner in a practice in Worcester and head up the business services department which incorporates litigation/dispute resolution.
