Biography

I have been a practicing PQS for circa 34 years, with the same company Thomson Bethune Ltd, an Equity Director from 2001. I set up SinclairMarwick Ltd in early 2021 and offer full QS Services, Project Management and the Principal Designer Service under CDM 2015. Expert Witness and Quantum Expert Services.

I remain a Sub-Consultant with Thomson Bethune Ltd, providing Cost Consultancy and CDM Services.

I am a hands on Quantity Surveyor, still prepare costs plans through RIBA plan of work, tender documentation, tender reporting, post contract, final account and valuing Loss and Expense. Conversant with M&E Services which accounts for, typically 40% of a project cost, therefore can offer independent opinion on your entire project.
