Biography

Ieuan has over ten years' experience dealing with professional negligence claims on behalf of his clients, including claims against accountants, brokers, financial advisers, and solicitors. Ieuan has experience both bringing and defending such claims, across a range of types from lower value and less complex claims in the County Court, all the way to much more complex and valuable claims worth several million pounds being heard in the Court of Appeal.

Aside from his experience with professional negligence, Ieuan has a general commercial practice, acting for both claimants and defendants, in such areas as shareholder and director disputes, franchise disputes, and general contractual disputes.
