Karim is a Partner at Spencer West LLP and is Managing Partner of Go Legal. He practises as a Solicitor and Mediator in complex litigation matters. He has extensive experience in Professional Negligence claims with a particular focus on actions against lawyers, banks, insolvency practitioners, IFAs, sub-contractors, estate agents, accountants and architects. He is a tenacious and strategic problem solver who battles to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved.

Karim is also an occasional article contributor for the Law Society and has been quoted in the Law Society Gazette, The Student Lawyer, New Law Journal and Litigation Futures.

Karim holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City, University of London and LPC LLM from the University of Law. Karim has previously been authorised by the SRA as COLP, COFA and MLRO. He was also nominated for the Law Society - Young Lawyer of the Year.

He regularly advocates on his matters in the County Court, High Court and Senior Courts Costs Office, including trials, appeals, detailed assessment hearings, costs and case management hearings (CCMC), interim applications and injunction hearings.
