Michael Cover

Biography

Michael Cover is an experienced commercial mediator and arbitrator. He has mediated around 250 disputes and handed down over 80 arbitral awards. Many of the disputes have been of an international nature, including in the USA, Europe, the Gulf Co-operation Council Region and East Asia.
He was accredited as a mediator by CEDR in 2003 and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Chartered Arbitrator. Michael is on the mediation and arbitration panels of many of the leading institutions around the world.

Much of Michael’s work relates to insurance and he has mediated and arbitrated major cases in this area, having been a partner in a leading insurance law firm for many years.
