Harjie Singh Bindra

Biography

Harjie is a Partner and heads mfg’s 17-strong Civil Litigation Division which is renowned for its expertise across a number of disciplines. The division incorporates a number of specialist teams including contentious probate, commercial litigation and property litigation which feature in Legal 500.

Areas of expertise:

Harjie is frequently involved in demanding and complex land and property related disputes and is the firm’s lead partner on all commercial landlord and tenant litigation including contested lease renewals, lease termination, disputed dilapidation and service charge claims, actions against telecommunication operators, actions for breach of covenants, possession claims and enforcement. He also advises on boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, third party rights over land, Party Wall Act disputes and enfranchisement claims and was involved in the widely reported recent case of Lea v Ward [2017] EWHC 2231 (Ch).

Harjie works closely with the commercial property team to provide a multifaceted and comprehensive service to the firm’s commercial clients.
