Sarah Wardell

Biography

Sarah is an experienced Senior Associate, acting on behalf of and against professionals including Solicitors, Advocates, Accountants and Surveyors in negligence disputes.

She is now primarily focussed on pursuing professional negligence claims, as part of the Law Society of Scotland's Pursuer Panel. To the benefit of her clients, she draws on the considerable experience gained whilst acting for a multi-national insurer.

In addition to her significant experience running complex and high value litigations at all levels, she has represented clients at Mediations and is an advocate of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She finds this is particularly attractive to those keen to retain control of disputes and to bring about swift, pragmatic and sensible outcomes.
