Biography

Steven Newdall is the Managing Partner of Thomas Harvey Solicitors, a boutique legal practice specialising in professional negligence claims and dispute resolution for both individuals and businesses. Our offices are in Leeds and Manchester.

Steven qualified in 1992 and has over 30 years experience in dispute resolution with a particular specialism in professional negligence claims against solicitors, barristers, architects, surveyors, valuers, accountants and construction professionals.
Steven believes in giving clear and straight forward advice to his clients and has an uncompromising attitude to pursuing or defending claims on their behalf.

Steven has experience in both bringing and defending professional negligence claims and also has extensive experience in advising on policy coverage issues in respect of solicitors insurance policies.

Steven has taken many cases to trial and has also conducted many successful mediations and settlement meetings on behalf of his clients. Steven believes in fully utilising Alternative Dispute Resolution to deliver positive outcomes for his clients.
